ATRN WORKING PAPER SERIES AND POLICY BRIEFS
The ATAF’s African Tax Research Network (ATRN) Working Paper Series and Policy Briefs is an important product of the ATAF/ATRN project. Since its launch in 2016, after the ATRN Annual Congress, high quality manuscripts are submitted to the ATRN website. Before being published, the manuscripts must undergo a double-blind peer-review process by the ATRN Scientific Committee. The ATRN Working Paper Series is a publication on Tax systems in Africa that is meant to be a resource tool available to ATAF members countries, heads of African tax administrations, researchers, policy makers and academia, to provide access to research carried out by African researchers and experts.
