EMPOWERING AFRICAN TAX ADMINISTRATIONS THROUGH MUTUAL ASSISTANCE
The ATAF Agreement on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters is a treaty, developed by ATAF, and owned by its members. It allows for exchange of information for tax purposes in all its forms, as well as other forms of international tax cooperation such as assistance in recovery of tax debts, between ATAF members.
